10 DAY MC Completed, 1st DAY OFF - 2 Questions

10 days on MC
It was a good experience. I feel great.
I started OJ this morning and it taste AWESOME.
I am still taking the Cayanne Gelcaps.

I will be "moving" (haha) into a bowel & parasite cleanse next.

Question #1
When should I start the B&P shakes and the parasite protocol ?

Should I do the 3 days of OJ & Broth to get my digestive system into a routine again and then go into bowel/ parasite when the 3 days are complete.
OR
Should I start the bowel/parasite protocol now, while Im doing the 3 day OJ/Broth.

Question #2
B&P 1st day 1, 2nd day 2 and so on...up to no more than 5 a day....FOR HOW MANY DAYS ?????
