Girl, that sounds like it can ONLY be a parasite!!! Yaaaarghh!!

I have been wondering - parasites that are not in the general GI tract region, when you do a parasite cleanse, how do they get out? Like, if you have one in your arm, or if I have one in my cheek or head, where will they go? Just sit there and rot? Crawl through the skin? I don't really like any of these options...
