What I meant by multitasking food is that I'm trying to lose weight, simplfy my life, and do things the natural way as much as possible. Pumpkin seeds taste good, they provide a crunchy snack that I often crave, they contain important nutrients and healthy fats, they kill worms, and I can buy them at my favorite shop and at least smell the wonderful cheese they sell, that I now only buy once a month or less. Now that's multitasking!
