I would say an unequivocal YES! you have parasites. Your physical symptoms are much the same as mine were, and when I did further research on how to tell and where they come from, I was alarmed and sure they were inside me.
So fast forward and never mind my story - check out my post half a page down - it's called "are these parasites?" and Hayley's (MS2786) answer to it. Those little red things are, according to MS2786, roundworm larvae.
