It wasn't too hard for me to make dietary changes, since my vegan eating is pretty clean. But, I followed what was on included in the Paragone package. I eat no Sugar of any kind. No fruits - with the exception of the occassional granny smith apple. I eat no breads, cakes, pasta, or flour products of any kind. No starchy veggies - no potatoes. Basically, no sugars or anything that would convert quickly to Sugar in the body. No tofu, tempeh, or fermented food. No dairy products (don't ingest that crap anyway). I drink nothing but water or fresh pressed vegetable juice or granny smith apple juice. Lots of salad. Lots of steamed veggies. Lots of water.
