Re: kefir + food combining?

I always drink the kefir seperately - coconut or milk kefir. The book refers to taking your probiotics seperatley - away from food. Milk kefir is a dairy product still and really should not be eaten with other things. I do mix young coconut kefir (non-dairy) with fresh vegetable juice. It makes a good "cocktail."

Then again, you can eat non-starchy veggies with anything.
