Amen and Amen, Invincible!
Years ago I was alarmed to notice an indentation in my ribs where tight and underwired bras have sat.
Also, since my ribcage has a wide opening side to side, over my stomach, I have developed a roundness there that is quite unpretty. Sitting with poor posture just pushed it out, I think.
So, I've been remembering the Alexander Techniques for a couple of years. It's helped my curved back, I'm sure, but I still have that popped belly above my solar plexis, as well as below. Sigh!
As soon as I get a handle on the muscle-testing for MSG, etc., I expect to see some serious deflation!
My kinesiologist friend had to put off my appointment until April 3rd. Poor lady, I always come with lots of questions. :D
Thanks so much for telling us how to work on this area. I'm sure thousands need this info.
My achiness is in the sides of my breasts, sometimes leading to the underarms. Since my breasts are quite heavy, as well as widespread, I feel the underwires have harmed those areas.
Spontaneous passing of liver and
Gallstones (due to very large salads with lemon and olive oil), have left achiness up under my right ribs, and toward the back. I also have felt it inside my right collarbone and into the right of my neck, and even under the right back of my skull.
I'm going to get out my book and check where those meridians run. All our systems are one, I know. Each mistake we make, or trauma we experience, affects the whole. Unravelling the tangle leads to many surprises.
Thanks again.
