Thank you for this info. For many years (maybel almost 10), I have had a sizeable "mass" under my right breast from the sternum towards the side. I had a specialist check it out many years ago and he confirmed it is not cancerous. But he DID say it was probably caused by an underwire bra.

Not understanding why such a sizeable mass would only grow on one side, I blew off the suggestion.....until reading your post today.

Knowing I have lymph issues, I rebound and do skin brushing. But now I know why I have this mass and will work even harder and using the techniques you describe.
