hmmm good question indeed!

I know that they advise some folks that can't stand well or balance well
to sit on a rebounder and let someone else bounce behind them ..
seems like a *bouncy ball sitiing bouncing would get this same effect.

AS far as using it aerobically , no that would not get the antigravity effect,
tho certainly good for excercise all over.

I do not know the price comparison ,
but I do know that the rebounders ar efar superior to get the antigravity
jump bounce back than even the ball would,
and they can be really cheap (20 $ at wall mart for a mini tramp )
for a decent rebounder with support bar , I have seen them as low as 100
to very expensive 2 person models etc.

Personally I would opt for the rebounder as number one choice for
lympth draining. cheapest being the one at walmart (mini tramp)
