Something to think about...

Even if it were a 'control' issue...and it doesn't sound like it is...if you continue the behavior out of rebellion against someone who is attempting to 'control' you...you are still reacting to the other person instead of being in control of your own life. Compliance and defiance are flip sides of the same coin...both focused on another. If you're in control of yourself then no one else can 'control' you...unless you let 'em...which means you're still in control by going along passively.

Get control of yourself by taking the 'CAN'T' out of your thinking! Granted...it's is NOT easy...but...YES, YOU CAN!!!...IF you want to. And there's no blame if you don't...it's just a choice you make. Tweet
