Lympth /detox/home made drain oil

Update: Ihave been using this for 4 days now.. draining like a pig
in fact i am getting sick of draining lol !!
i am coughing up tons of old mucous from deep down in the thorax/
lung areas and draining from my neck areas too.
very tired.. very happy all this is going on,

I have experienced some emotional releases with this also.
I am trying to do light exercises and lightreading
trying to help it along/ but not wanting to get flooded either.
i have also been drinking warm water every morning.
followed by another glass warm water with a bit of lemon and honey in it
and mainly drinking as much fluid as i can to flush stuff out.

yesterday it was warm enough to do teh cornmeal/ oil legs scrub
and that was wonderful/did allove rmy feet and legs
to getoff winter dry old cells.
today i will apply some drainer oil around my knees andthighs
and tonight i will use my bodypure pads also.
my tummy is not happy processing out all this stuff..
but i know it will end up for the best.
i am very tired..
will try some light spinning to day also..

as a side note past 2 days i ahve heard weird little *squeaks*
from my spleen lol (for real)
and a bit of tenderness there.. which is gone today.

the minute allthis started happening btw... i stopped all
other current detox thing s i was doing so i woudl not get
overloaded with toxins/
very glad i did that.. this is keepign me verytired/ just
thsi draining constantly.. and processing it.

i did get thru 2 weeks on my kidney cleanse so i am sure
that helped encourage my body to release this stuff
since my kidneys are probably better able to filter it now.

i intend to continue my kidney cleanse another 3 weeks after
do my liver flush/ well any how.

someone else might not getas drastic a result.
i was pretty severely congested still in lymph
from my problems long ago..

well there is the recipe i am using..below.
i am only using it once a day.
and doing my chest, under arms, down near heart lungs
and upper arms and esp along my nech and under jawline
below ears area.
oh yes.. i am hearing incredibly better too btw.

Cellulite Oil


use after hot bath or shower
massage into affected areas
(contains lymphatic drainers)

esp use around chest and upper arms
to removetoxins before they are stored

rosemary /improve circulation
fennel/jumiper/ detox


4 Tablespoons sweet almond oil
2 drops rosemary essential oil
2 drops fennel essential oil
2 drops juniper essential oil

put all ingredients in a screwtop bottle
shake hard/viorously to mix.

apply to affected areas massaging in deeply

I am applying it by letting it drop onto
a 100 % cotton ball then rubbing it in.
