like versus love?

Is the desire to get married ("if all goes well") mutual? Is there some sort of commitment? If yes, then you must tell her exactly what you feel and if she does not respond positively, just try giving her space and find other things to do instead of waiting around for her. If you are special to her, she will will find her way to you herself. If she does not, you probably don't mean as much to her.

If there is no commitment whatsoever and the inclination to get married mutual, then you just need to give it time and see whether this really is the best thing for you?

Lastly, oh yes love is real. Like is conditional, love in the true sense is unconditional. You 'like' certain thingn about a person but you don't like the person minus those factors. Love is way deeper than "like". You can 'not like' certain things about a person and still love because love is above like and dislikes,anger, fear etc etc.
