I've had "mild" scoliosis for at least 8 years now. I was told by the specialist that it wasn't bad enough for surgery or a brace and there was nothing that could be done about it, to just let it be. Now I've been seeing a chiropractor for just about 2 months and I'm already seeing a big improvement. My chiro. gave me this exercise to do: I stand against a wall, with the back of my head, top of my back, butt, and heels touching the wall, and stay like that for 3 minutes. When I first started doing this exercise, it was so painful, I could hardly do it! And now... it is so easy for me!! And my back feels straighter against the wall. My posture is better... my menstrual cramps have improved...
