Can Someone Please Help Me?

Hello! I really need someone's help, please.

6 months ago I became very ill with everyday stomache aches, diarrhea, fatigue, and it's progressed to fever. It came so suddenly, literally overnight, and I've been to countless hospitals. They all say there's nothing wrong with me, and even gave me a strong dose of Antibiotics to kill the parasites they could not find. I'm still sick, and the pain becomes so bad that I curl into a ball and ask to please be killed. They put me on a new medication and I feel worse than ever.

I cannot work anymore, I cannot even leave the house! Do the zapper and cleanses really work? Does anyone have any advice? Can someone please help?
