The issue before the courts was defamatory statements by Sherrell, and not the safety of fluoridation.

I disagree with Barrett's propensity to sue. I am a firm believer of free speech, and do not go whining to authorities, et al, when someone says something nasty, etc.

I love having the Alties right out there in front making all of their wild statements. They provide the best evidence of their lunacy.
