Re: ANYONE ELSE HAVE INCREASED HEART BEAT DURING CLEANSE?

I have had an elevated heart beat a few times during flush. For me, it usually happens right after I drink the oo and get in bed. The first couple of times, I thought it was nerves but it has happened just about every time now (8 or 9 flushes). Other than having a bit faster heartbeat that eventually settles down, I have seemed to be otherwise fine. As far as it being ok, I honestly can't say. But, I have survived and despite any discomfort during the flushing, I sure feel alot better after!!
