Tell me about this kefir, Thanks bones

Hi,
Can you tell me a little about this kefir? Do I start to take the kefir after I have did the parasite cleanse ? What about after each Liver Flush to put the good guys back? I am on a parasite cleanse right now, but plan to do my first flush on Monday the 18th. I am also doing a Colon Cleanse as well for about 2 weeks and it seems to be going well, but I am noticing a alternation between formed stool and loose stool. I dont have a problem with diarrhea but the Colon Cleanse seem to be doing this. It's not bad though, I have the formed stool first thing in the morning about 2 times then 1 loose stool run to the bathroom then I'm finished for the day or I will have a formed run later in the evening.
I WILL flush an Monday because this is soooo important to me.
Does the kefir recolonize the bowels so that the bad critters can not survive? Tell a little about kefir and the benefits.

I have a low blood Sugar problem and so it's kind of hard for me to do a fast, until I can get this problem under control as I am sure I will with the cleansing. I am juicing and I am eating fresh veggies and brown rice with lots of pure water.
