need advice

What were some of the symptoms people have before they did the liver-gallbladder cleanse and do I absolutely have to go thru the kidney and parasite cleanse before I start. Dr. Clark's book says that you should, but I would like to get started.
Also, does anyone know where to get the Clarkia for parasite cleanse?
