More stones in the gallbladder after flush

Hi,

I was diagnosed with gallbladder stone 3 months ago and I was told that my gallbladder is inflamed. The scan shown that there is one stone around 1cm in my gallbladder. Then I did my first gallbladder flush and later second flush 3 weeks ago and there were around 60-70 small and 4-5 stones that around 0.5-1cm came out.

After that, I went for the scan again. The result shown that now there are minimum of two stones around 1-1.3cm in my gallbladder and the doctor told me that my gallbladder is still inflamed. I am confused why is it that after the flushed I have more stones than before?

Besides that, I am having pain on my right side of my stomach. Especially, if I were to press on the right side somewhere the gallbladder located which I do not have this pain before the flush. Can the inflamation getting worse?

Is it advisable to do another flush?

Please help!
