This is just conjecture on my part.
From reading the posts on here for some time, scans tend to be notoriously unreliable. Perhaps those stones were there all along. They may also have moved around after your flush, making them more visible the second time.
Flushing causes movement of the stones, and only the stones nearest the exits tend to make it out. That's why all the various protocals say many flushes are required to truly clean out the liver/gallbladder. In the weeks between flushes, deeper stones move down to occupy the newly emptied spots. This movement could explain the different scan results.
The first flush is just the tip of the iceberg. I don't think another flush could hurt in any way. I passed a bunch of massive stuff (some about an
inch wide) on my second flush. You may want to try taking extra preparations next time. Eating a ton of apples, and drinking 100% fresh apple juice, about 5 days before seems to really soften the stones up.
