Many people think you bring some good info to this board, me included. However it would do us all good (you included) if you could be more compassionate in your tone. Kicking someone while trying to help them is counter productive, especially in the
Support Forums .
Also the "work" we do should not come from ego. Do it for yourself and others from a place beyond judgement. Your message will carry 10 fold weight when you master this lesson. I understand your anger and frustration. I too see apathy around me under many desguises but the message you bring scares people...understand that. It's like going from zero to 60 in 2 seconds. Waking up to the the fact of having weeds in your garden is a reality crash for most. Then facing the task of pulling them out is another reality crash. That's alot of body work to assimilate. :-)
Reconsider staying and reconsider your tone. How would you tell your grandma this info? How would you raise the info in a way that she took it to heart without first scaring her away? An angry tone is not the best way imho. People tend to listen to the Gandhi's of the world (even he spoke out against tyranny). Reporte is important when dealing with information of this nature.
You have allowed yourself to get caught up in the same drama trap that you accuse others of getting caught up in. Key word is "trap." Get beyond it! Focus on your truth with the suggestion of altering your communication style by injecting compassion. Without *that* it's all negativity no matter on what side of the fence you find yourself.
