Re: Sugar addiction = Candida?

Not to minimize Sugar addiction, but isn't Sugar addiction one of the clearest signs of candida overgrowth? It looks like the issue might be helped and addressed more in the Candida Forum as it is a busy and thriving forum, whereas I cannot say for sure but a Sugar Addiction forum might find less "traffic" and help? Just my thoughts, though they may not be worth much. :)

Hey, Rudenski, have you tried stevia? It is a wonderful natural sweetner, helps blood sugar levels, takes 10 times less in food or beverages, among other benefits--health included. I like the clear liquid as it doesn't have that bitter aftertaste that the whole herb does. I use it for herbal teas, my daughter's oatmeal, smoothies, coconut oil cookies, and occasional cobblers as well. I do not like cakes so I have not bought any of the stevia powder, but it is available too. Best to everyone, Caitlin Lorraine
