Since finding this wonderful site, I have given up a lot of my former bad food choices, caffeine, and lots ot things but I still have a soda every day. Sugar is still a part of my diet but at least its not four sodas, coffee, chocolate shakes, chocolate snacks, chocolate ice cream any more. Caffeine and Sugar helped me stay focused and on task but there were health affects that began unraveling my health. The caffeine days are gone but my journey to stop all refined Sugar is only a work in progress. I have started substituting honey for refined sugar in my almost daily caffeine free herbal teas. Almost every day someone tries to give away chocolate in the form of cookies, candy, etc... It is hard to resist when everyone is hooked on caffeine and sugar but at least I stopped the caffeine. I think it would be a great idea to have a sugar forum.
