I would probably suggest you write it here

just take time to jot down a name you would like to see,

the reasons why you feel there shoudl be an off shoot progressive forum.
and brief description of what you want the forum to entail/
and is it a support forum ?/ meaning NO debates? or a debate forum ? etc you would want to include one of those words in your header.

if you want then .. if you get a forum :
you can always ask here to have the description modifed / as any mod can edit a description for you .. to better word things more specifically..as you consider it more. within in reason and under proper context of course lol!

if you write one up here and he does not see it immediately, after abit i will be happy to forward it to him for you.
i know he wants the folks here to find ways to expand and grow healthily.. and if you feel enoughfolks would like something like that , then there is a good chance you will get it 8)
