Daizy if you write a description for progressive forum

you can write a description perhaps that you feel would suit a progressive forum description

then the Webmaster can review it if he decides to open a new forum.

every member has the right to ask for a forum/
it may or may not occur, that is the webmasters sole choice..

but i am sure if you are asking for one, that he would also take into consideration yout name for it and a brief description of what you want to see on such a forum.. and what you do NOT want to see.

that makes it much easier for mods to do their jobs when a description has a line of activity clearly drawn,
to be able to point to troublemakers and say you are not within the description ... etc.
