Re: Emotional Release and Conscious Breathing

a) It is not possible to push emotional issues. Emotional healing is like ripening of a fruit, it takes its own time to come to a point of balance. Being more and more aware of our emotional states, allowing them to occur, letting us experience them from the beginning to the end, and recognizing that they all have a hidden positive reason/element to them, is the perhaps the best way to deal with them. Although we may perceive them as bad and negative, in truth, they are not. So they are here to stay as long as we haven't recognized why they are really there. They are often painful, yes, and may need to be painful if we are reluctant to move on or are resistant to much needed change. Becoming more patient with yourself and your progress in life is a good sign that you are getting closer to your goal.

b) Do whatever feels best to you, a simple advice that applies to almost everything in life.

With kind regards
Andreas
