Emotional Release and Conscious Breathing


a) Is it beneficial to do the above more than 2 times a day. Does it speed the emotional healing ?

b) While doing this, is it better to sit on the floor or sit on the chair ? My perception is enegy flow is better sitting on a chair. Is it correct ?
