I don't know what Andreas will tell you but an infected tooth and bone are serious medical type issues. I would not hesitate to take antibiotics for something like that. One of my co workers did not seek treatment for an infected tooth until his jaw was infected, and the infection nearly killed him. It can go systemic or get into your brain. Please seek advice from your doctor or dentist quickly.
