FLR stands for Finger Length Ratio. The majority of men (90-95%??) has a FLR<1, which means that the index finger is shorter than the ring finger. As you know, dividing a particular number by another which is greater than the first gives a result <1.

Ex: 6,6 cm / 7 cm = 0,943

The formula usualy is: FLR 2D:4D, where 2D stands for 2nd digit and 4D stands for 4th digit.
