Wait wait wait....woo woo woo. This will be my last response here because I am not into debating nor do I want to make any enemies amongst friends. I strongly believe that not all of these suggestions given will met your leech resistant needs (especially if these are for your friend that u mentioned that is sick nspeth). Those acroflam look good too but I can't see all the material used in it on the sites. By the way...le creuset goes from the stovetop to the oven! Their "casserole" stuff has other functions like microwave and I forgot the other function (oven I believe but not stovetop?) I believe clark is the last word on this subject due to the diagnostic equipment she uses and how tireless she is. Also go to hulaclarkenthusiasts at yahoo egroups and search for cookware. You will see people using enamelware and giving reason y (I believe).
