No...I'm not taking the p&b shakes! HH uses a bulking agent (psyllium husk powder plus herbs) which you mix with water to make a shake. All I was taking was 2 shakes a day of the Special Bulking Agent...I hadn't started their Intestinal Cleansing Tablets yet! I'm switching over to the Bulking Agent III as soon as my order arrives and will be progressing with the whole HH program. I did it years ago for 6 months and got tons of gunk out...but it took about 2 months then to pass any mucoid plaque. I imagine that my previous cleansing over the years and the regular colonics that I do is partly responsible for the quick and dramatic results that I had this time around.

I've also done the Arise and Shine program...didn't get near the results that I've gotten with Holistic Horizons! Tweet
