Are your migraines caused becouse you may have low blood suger and you don,t even relize!!! in your 20s,30s

Hi my name is ben for months i was suffering with migraines 2 to 3 times a week and they were realy getting me down!! fist and formost i am not trying to sell you somthing what i am diong is explaining what i have been going through and how a simple little change in my life has given me a bit more of a life am in my 30s and most mondays when i went back to work from the weekend would suffer with a migrain spent ages trying different things stopping eating certain things when a freind suggested i may have low blood suger due to the fact that the headaches mostly came on a monday and could last upto 4 days and i had to spend most of it in bed with the curtains drawn anyway she thought maybee becouse i did a lot of just sitting around the whole week end when of work and then suddenley back to work on monday useing all my resurve energy as i have quit a phisicle job that i may have low blood suger anyway she suggested i try eating sweets through the day when working and guess what for the fist week in a long long time i was migrain free i know there is a lot of different types of migraines but if my story can influence anybody else it would meen alot to me just be carefull not to eat to much suger as it is not to good for you i just carry a bottle of lucozaid in my van along with a bag of toffees and hope for the best if you can relate to this please email me at wopski@yahoo.com
