The attunement was wild. I sat after clearing my mind for a while and at the appointed time I felt like I was vibrating rapidly and there were birds all around I did not want to open my eyes but I felt they were all around me. That is my most vivid recollection the birds. I called the second attunement and experienced pretty much the same as well as feeling I was levitating.

yes my friend was giving me a treatment and it was so utterly profound for me. She did symbols to invoke at the beginning but I am not aware of her doing them again. She used her hands in a cupped fashion and went over my body. I just felt thick heavy veils of energy moving.. I was thinking of our multidimensionality during this also and was laughing at all the ways we can assist ourselves. The Om frequency was again wild it was just like the perfect tone "OM" but it had no beginning and no end it did not drop off or change it just was there and there always. I had a dream about 3 years ago about the sound from a woman's voice engendering alignment within me and balancing my chakras which felt like an everlasting cllmax. This is what I would compare it to a whole body cllmax.

I look forward to learning and healing within with my friend as a student/teacher we are very similar wavelengths such that I feel our energies are very intertwined and there is much for the both of us. I am interested in taking some other energetic modalities also.

I seem to get visions with everything these days. Some years back I thought perhaps I had some odd disease where my mind fell asleep before my body did and I was dreaming while awake.

Thank you daizy yes I know most of this I appreciate your view on the multidimesnional aspects of all which is where I feel the woman in the workshop fell off a bit. I feel my friend is more powerful yet does not realize it yet and will grow into the sensitivities that I feel I have maybe I will gain some of the control of power that she has. I appreciate reading your posts they are always informative sincere and from a good place. I look forward to what Janaki says also.
