Welll I just did a search for workshops in California, and as I suspected, there were many. And it is a big state!! I don't know what area, north or southern, you live in, so perhaps it would be better for you to explore the location. I don't have any connections there to recommend. I would suggest getting a word of mouth recommendation if possible, from a friend, book store, etc. rather than the phone book or internet. Although there is a good yoga center right in your backyard. I will included the link. Maybe they can point you in a good direction. As I often say, "when the student is ready, the teacher will appear" and you are ready!! The right workshop/teacher will come to you.
