Ketosis, weight loss, enzymes

I am wondering if or rather why I might need to take enzymes in the case of being in ketosis? I eat a high raw diet and have lost weight up to now, when it's pretty much stalled. Yesterday I ate stuff I hadn't eaten in almost 2 months (baked fish, ramen noodles), and got a pound under the stalled weight which I find weird.

I want to stay on my raw food diet, and not go back to eating cooked foods, because of feeling better. I also want/need to continue losing weight.

Is my body not ridding itself of the broken down fat from ketosis? Would that be the reason I'm stalled on weight loss? How do I rid my body of the broken down fat..and it is just floating around in my blood?
