Re: literally...Sleepless in Seattle!
Are you are spacing your lemonades and water evenly throughout the day?
My routine on the
Master-Cleanse was 6AM salt flush, then drink a big glass of water or a lemonade every hour.
So at 7AM, 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 3PM, and 5PM, I would drink a big (2 cup) glass of water.
At 8AM, 10AM, noon, 2PM, 4PM, and 6PM, I would drink a lemonade. Of course, I didn't always follow this time chart exactly but I tried.
Are trips to the bathroom waking you up? I think this schedule would stop that.
Long prayers would sooth my mind before drifting off to sleep. (Sometimes I even fell asleep before I was finished.)
Many posts recommend ending the
Master-Cleanse with a liver flush, because your bowels are clear so the stones and cholestrol balls will come out quickly. I did 3 flushes during my MC.
B&Ps are just another thing to add to the
Master-Cleanse to scrub the mucoid plaque from the walls of your intestines. You can do them either while on the MC or while eating food.
I sympathize with you. I'm also 36 and have just one 2 year-old (so far). I have forgotten what boring (and quiet) was like before she got here. But she's worth all the time and effort.
By the way, after I started liver flushing, I noticed I had much more patience with her. Rushing and panicking really wasn't worth it anymore. It is much calmer here now.
