Wow! this salt water flish is really working my butt is running like a faucet LMAO sorry for the details but its actually putting me in a positive mood right now im hoping to get all this mucoid plaque out in 10 days since my sinuses are always clogges with mucous my lungs too ,anyone know if i will have to go the full 10 days just to get the mucoid out?i'd like to do a short fast and then in a couple weeks go for the ultimate?
