well this is day 1 for me i finally got motivated to do this,just did the salt water flush about 20 minutes ago and my stomach is bubbling like crazy!im surpised the taste wasnt as bad as i anticipated.....im also quitting smoking on this fast my face has been puffy for weeks so i will let you know when my puffiness goes dwn and my energy gets back up!im hoping in a few days my skin will be cleared up also i have a really high metabloizm so im hoping it will hit me hard and subside fast!
im 27 years old who eats nothing but junk food smokes cigarrettes and i have been smoking alot of marijuana and i need to change my habits!Advertisement

This is a reply to # 598,871Wow! this salt water flish is really working my butt is running like a faucet LMAO sorry for the details but its actually putting me in a positive mood right now im hoping to get all this mucoid plaque out in 10 days since my sinuses are always clogges with mucous my lungs too ,anyone know if i will have to go the full 10 days just to get the mucoid out?i'd like to do a short fast and then in a couple weeks go for the ultimate?

This is a reply to # 598,872I couldn't tell if you are taking the B&Ps (from your past posts).
I haven't heard of many people just drinking the lemonade and getting out ropes.
If you start taking the B&Ps, it will loosen up those ropes and start getting them out.
I still passed ropes 4 days after ending my Master-Cleanse (and stopping my 3 B&Ps-a-day). Some people continue taking the B&Ps, even after the fast (just don't eat anything 1 hour before or after each B&P).

Quitting smoking and cleaning out your colon? You ambitious sucker. it's always benificial to even do a short fast, but I would hang in there if I was you for the full 10. I got some interesting things out on day 8, and it takes 8 days for some food to go thoroughly threw you, so hang in there.
