I think that if you use the laxative tea in the eve. you don't have to do the salt flush. As for the type of salt you use, I understand one needs to be careful about the type of Sea Salt they buy when you are doing the salt flush. I read that if the Sea Salt does not list the 80 or so minerals that it possibly is not the right kind. I ordered Celtic Sea Salt the light grey because it does have all the minerals listed. I bought it so I could do the salt water flush while I'm on the lemonade cleanse. I used to buy Sea Salt from the health food store, but I'm pretty sure it's not the right kind for the flush.
