another new master cleanser!

i'm starting tomorrow and tonight i just finished the smooth move senna leaf tea....now about the salt flush. i know from burroughs that you should use Sea Salt ---should this be iodized or not, they had both at the store. also, with the senna tea, do i NEED the salt flush? thanks, i really want to do this right the first time. whit
