Re: Help! I can't go!!
I wrote down that the salt water flush is done first thing in the morning. Then about an hour and half later to have your first glass of lemonade. It also says to drink the laxative tea at night before bed.
Also the author of
The Master Cleanse states to not eat anything during the fast. But here on curezone this guy Espen H. says he eats vegetable broth.
[My Experience with Lemonade Fast
by Espen H.
I don't fast entirely on lemonade, at least not every day of this fast. I also make Vegetable broth. I use different vegetable every day: carrots, onions, celery, parsley, pumpkins, beets, mangold, spinach, stinging nettle, burdock root, dandelion root and leaves ... this list is as long as you want it to be. These are just some of the vegetable/herbs that I use for this broth. I use unrefined
Sea Salt , enough to make vegetable taste sweet, and sometimes I use Organic Tamari (naturally fermented soy sauce) or sometimes Miso (naturally fermented soy paste).
I usually take 2 - 3 bowls/cups of this broth daily.]
I guess it's up to the individual to choose which way is best for them.
