Try to be patient, I didn't go for about 3 days, I almost stopped, I told my husband that it wasn't working, this time around, it is my second time, I didn't go for the first 4 or so days, but I kept drinking my salt water. Try it had I do mine hot and within an hour or so I would be running to the bathroom. Just be patient and whatever you do don't give up.
