The macrobiotic recommend fasting on brown rice and water. So an hour ago I ended my 15 days fast with a bowl of brown rice. Even though I know I am still detoxing and I know 15 days of mc was good I still feel like I failed. brown rice it suppoed to cleanse the entir body and I should still go though some hellasious detox symptoms but I do feel better. I have esensually been Water Fasting for 15 days since I couldn't get the Master-Cleanse down. My body needed something different. I feel peaceful. so 30 days of rice? wish me luck.
