I have blepharitis which leads to dry eye. Eye doctors do nothing for you.
I'm trying something new called TheraTears. They have an eye supplement (Omega 3's) and also an eye gel for night time use. Don't try it during the day because you won't be able to see.
Like I said, I just started so I don't know how well it works. It has high dosages of both flaxseed and fish oil plus a few other things.
I'm also working on my liver and my diet. Tweet
