Re: Yes, vision CAN be improved!
Dear HM3,
I suggest you start on the Bates' exercises ASAP.
I also suggest that you try to get outside in the sunshine every day, without sunglasses. Don't stare
at the sun, but let natural light enter your eyes.
Sunlight heals all parts of the body. Even if you can
only manage 5 or 10 minutes outside, your eyes will
benefit.
Andreas Moritz, who has a forum here on CureZone,
suggests some different eye-exercises in his book,
IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP (the new edition has been
retitled, IT'S TIME TO COME ALIVE.
I trust Andreas implicitly -- he's an intuitive healer, and a highly spiritual man -- and if I had to choose
between his exercises and those of Dr. Bates, I would
go with Andreas.
If you like, I'll photo-copy those 5 pages of exercises
for you, and mail them to you. Send me an email if that
sounds like a good idea. There's no charge, of course.
Title your email "Andreas' Eye-Exercises" so I'll know
not to delete it as spam.
Andreas has written four books. I strongly recommend
that you buy a copy of TIMELESS SECRETS OF HEALTH AND
REJVENATION (formerly called THE KEY TO HEALTH AND
REJUVENATION. The new edition has 200 more pages than
the old one (488 to 280). It's a book that will pay back
its cost a thousandfold over the course of your
lifetime.
Another must-have book is HEALING WITH WHOLE FOODS
by Paul Pitchford. I use it so much that it sits
on the couch in my office, instead of on the shelf.
If I were limited to two books about health and healing, those would be the two.
At 26, most of your life is still ahead of you. If
you learn how to really take care of your body, the
way it wants to be cared for, I think your vision
will return to normal. Trust your deep intuition
about what to do and when to do it.
Blessings,
Owen
