Try vitamin A, cod liver oil or other fish oils, and flax oil, olive oil, coconut oil. Drink lots of water. These things have helped me tremendously. Mine is bad in the winter, so I have to keep well hydrated and use a humidifier. Try to replenish your skin around the eyes with a natural oil such as apricot kernal oil. Also do some palming-- take your palms and cover the eyes for minutes. It gives energy to the eyes and put warm water compresses on your eyes.
