Re: Tale of a First Flush

If you had been having gall bladder attacks I would not recommend that you eat a lot of fatty foods after doing only one liver flush. I would suggest that you do many liver flushes. The stones you passed were cholestral stones. You had a successful first flush. There can be as many as 2,000 or more stones that need to come out. Good luck and keep flushing. Also, a gall bladder attack can be stopped by drinking one tablespoon of Epsom Salt in a small glass of water. If relief is not experienced, the dose can be repeated in about an hour. This is not a treatment for gall stones. It will just stop the attack and needs to be followed with a series of liver flushing. Keep flushing at two or three week intervals until no more stones come out. Then Liver Flush a few times a year as maintainence. Good luck.
