Not exactly!

It is simply untrue that all flesh proteins are high in cholesterol. For accurate information on cholesterol, check out the USDA's informative, searchable database detailing the nutrient content of many foods:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl

The American Heart Association recommends a daily cholesterol intake of less than 300 mg. Following this guideline, it is still possible to include flesh proteins daily. Just read your labels!

Best of health to everyone,

Michelle
