Re: 1st flush

Hi, Vera. I just completed my first flush over the weekend. Your program is different than Clark's (posted on this site), but I'll relate my experience.

The good news is there was absolutely no pain. The worst was getting down the Epsom Salt mixture, and then dealing with a bit of watery diarrhea. The olive oil part was easy for me.

The only other strange part is feeling all the churning and gurgling motions in your gut. There was a constant bubbling sensation that radiated from my gut to the middle of my right rib cage (I'm assuming this was the liver/gallbladder area). This goes on for a few hours and was not uncomfortable.

I ended up passing several hard stones about twice the size of a normal pea with no discomfort. There were lots of littler ones.
