Re: 1st flush

Hi Vera,
I will be doing my 2nd flush on Friday night. I am a bit hesitant, but on the other hand I am excited about it, because of what it will do for me afterwards. I know I will start feeling even better than after the first one.
The thing that I don't like about the flush is that with my first time (not guaranteed to happen again) I was nauseated all night, and I am dreading that. But, it was definitely worth it.
No pain at all. Haven't heard of anyone having pain due to the flush either.
